1. Object and Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the All is Mind platform ("Platform"). The Platform connects clients seeking wellness, spiritual guidance, and personal development services with qualified practitioners. By using our Platform, you can book sessions, participate in online meetings, communicate with practitioners, and manage your bookings. Our services are provided free of charge to users, though practitioners may charge fees for their services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using All is Mind, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. Creating an account constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms without restriction or reservation.

3. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the All is Mind website and mobile applications.
  • "Practitioner" refers to service providers who offer services through our platform.
  • "Client" refers to users who book and receive services through our platform.
  • "Service" refers to any wellness, spiritual, or personal development service offered by practitioners.
  • "Online Meeting" refers to video consultations conducted through our platform using third-party meeting services.

4. Access Conditions

Access to browse practitioners does not require account creation. However, to book services, participate in online meetings, or use messaging features, you must create an account. These Terms apply from the date of acceptance for an indefinite period until termination of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. Users under 18 may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

5. Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and current information about your identity
  • Not create a false identity or impersonate another person
  • Immediately update your information if it changes
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or compensation.

6. Technical Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. All activities performed using your account credentials will be considered as having been performed by you. You are responsible for ensuring you log out properly, especially when using public computers.

7. Notifications

By using our Platform, you authorize practitioners and All is Mind to send you notifications (email, SMS, or push notifications) regarding:

  • Booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations
  • Messages from practitioners
  • Platform updates and important information

You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings. We are not responsible for non-receipt of notifications due to technical issues beyond our control or incorrect contact information.

8. Platform Obligations and Limitations

All is Mind acts as an intermediary platform connecting clients and practitioners. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. We implement measures to ensure platform continuity and quality, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Internet connectivity and telecommunications network reliability
  • Third-party service providers (payment processors, meeting platforms)
  • Scheduled maintenance or emergency technical issues

We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from use of our services. We are not liable for disputes between users and practitioners, practitioner behavior, service quality, or outcomes of sessions.

9. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Respect all Terms and applicable laws
  • Use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not use the Platform in ways that could harm our reputation or that of practitioners
  • Not engage in defamatory, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate conduct
  • Ensure your equipment meets technical requirements for online meetings
  • Maintain appropriate antivirus software and security measures

You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform, the content you share, and any consequences resulting from such use.

10. Bookings and Services

You can book services online with practitioners at available times. Each booking is transmitted in real-time to the practitioner, who may reschedule or cancel if necessary. When booking, you agree to:

Attend scheduled sessions or cancel with appropriate notice

Respect practitioners' time and expertise

Follow all platform guidelines and community standards

Provide accurate information necessary for the booking

Making a booking constitutes a firm commitment. Failure to attend without prior cancellation may result in charges according to the practitioner's policy.

11. Online Meetings and Video Consultations

To participate in online meetings, you must have:

  • A computer or smartphone with a camera and adequate resolution
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 4G or broadband)
  • A quiet, private location ensuring confidentiality

You agree to:

  • Join the meeting a few minutes early to test your connection
  • Not record, copy, or distribute any meeting content
  • Use the meeting service in a manner ensuring confidentiality
  • Inform the practitioner immediately of any technical issues

Practitioners may interrupt or terminate meetings if technical conditions are inadequate or if inappropriate conduct occurs. The duration and conduct of meetings are at the practitioner's discretion.

All is Mind is not responsible for meeting quality, practitioner delays, or technical issues during meetings. Meetings are conducted under the exclusive responsibility of the practitioner and client.

12. Messaging Services

Our messaging service allows communication between clients and practitioners regarding bookings. This service:

  • Is not intended for emergency situations or urgent medical needs
  • Does not replace in-person consultations when necessary
  • Is not a real-time chat service - responses may be delayed
  • Should be used only for booking-related communication

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send. Messages must be respectful, accurate, and relevant to booking management. Inappropriate content may result in account suspension.

13. Payments and Fees

Payment terms include:

  • All payments are processed securely through our platform using third-party payment processors
  • Fees are clearly displayed before booking confirmation
  • Payment is authorized when booking is confirmed by the practitioner
  • Funds are held securely and released to practitioners after session completion
  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and practitioner terms

All is Mind charges a platform fee on transactions, which is clearly disclosed before booking confirmation.

14. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the practitioner's cancellation policy
  • Practitioners may cancel bookings with appropriate notice to clients
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

If you are unsatisfied with a service, you may file a dispute through our platform. Disputes are reviewed by our team, and refunds may be issued at our discretion.

15. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its components are the exclusive property of All is Mind. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for the duration of your account. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings

16. Account Suspension

We may suspend your account:

  • With notice: If you violate these Terms, we will notify you and give you 7 days to remedy the violation before suspension
  • Without notice: In case of serious violation, threat to others, or harm to our reputation, we may suspend immediately

Suspension limits or prohibits access to Platform services. We are not responsible for damages resulting from suspension.

17. Account Termination

Termination by us:

We may terminate your account at any time with 30 days notice, or immediately for serious violations

Termination may occur without compensation if you breach these Terms

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings

Upon termination, your account data will be deleted or anonymized, except where we are required to retain information by law. You may request a copy of your data before termination.

18. Limitation of Liability

All is Mind acts as a platform connecting clients and practitioners. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or outcomes of services provided by practitioners
  • Practitioner behavior, professional conduct, or service delivery
  • Disputes between users and practitioners
  • Technical issues with third-party services (payment processors, meeting platforms)
  • Indirect damages resulting from Platform use

Users engage with practitioners at their own risk. Practitioners operate independently and are solely responsible for their services.

19. Data Protection

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

20. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or major technical failures. If force majeure continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement.

21. Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

You may not assign or transfer your account without our written consent.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and All is Mind regarding Platform use.

22. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
